Dr. Anil Kane
Head of Global Technical and Scientific Affairs, Thermo Fisher Scientific
Dr. Kane brings over 30 years of experience in drug development, with expertise spanning early-stage formulation, scale-up, commercial manufacturing, and global technology transfers. He is recognized for his leadership in navigating complex development pathways and life cycle management for pharmaceutical products.
Firouz Asgarzadeh, Ph.D., is the founder of OSD Pharmaceutical Solutions LLC, an independent consulting firm providing formulation and process development services to pharmaceutical companies. With over 29 years of global R&D and commercial leadership experience, he is a key opinion leader (KOL) in formulation development, controlled release, modified release coating, solubility enhancement, oral/injectable sustained release dosage development, polymer synthesis, and processing.
Head of Technical Services – Pharma Solutions North America, BASF
Dr. Sandip Tiwari leads technical services for Pharma Solutions at BASF in North America, partnering with (bio)pharmaceutical companies to address formulation and processing challenges. He is the author of one book, multiple book chapters, and more than 100 publications and patents in dosage form design, excipient innovation, dissolution science, and mathematical modeling.

Since 2022, Tracy Danneker has led commercial operations for Oral Drug Delivery at Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting pharma and biotech innovators from early development through commercialization. She is passionate about guiding customers through the drug development lifecycle to help bring transformative therapies to patients.
